Responsible Gambling at 365judi

Gambling is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. At 365judi, we are committed to keeping it that way — for every player across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and beyond. This page explains the tools, policies, and resources we have in place to help you stay in control.

The 365judi Responsible Gambling Pledge

We will never encourage you to chase losses, gamble beyond your means, or play when you are not in the right headspace. Our responsible gambling tools are built into your account — not hidden in a help page — because we believe prevention matters more than damage control. For players aged 21 and above only. No exceptions.

Responsible Gambling Tools

All of these tools are available free of charge to every 365judi account holder. Access them directly from your account dashboard — no waiting, no approval needed.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 365judi account. Once set, limits come into effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect straight away; increasing a limit has a 72-hour cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a set period — daily, weekly, or monthly. When your loss limit is reached, your account will be temporarily restricted from placing further wagers until the limit period resets. This tool is particularly useful for protecting your monthly budget.

Available in account settings → Responsible Gambling

Session Time Reminders

Set a session duration reminder so you receive an on-screen notification after playing for a defined period — for example, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. This helps you stay aware of how long you have been playing, especially during late-night live casino or EPL match-day betting sessions.

Available in account settings → Responsible Gambling

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account. Choose a cooling-off period of 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The restriction comes into effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed mid-period.

Available in account settings → Responsible Gambling

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is no longer under your control, self-exclusion allows you to permanently close access to your 365judi account for a minimum of 6 months, or indefinitely. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period — this is by design, to protect you when you need it most. Contact our support team via live chat to activate.

Account Activity Overview

Your 365judi account dashboard displays a transparent summary of your deposit history, total wagers placed, total winnings, and net balance over any time period you choose. Seeing your real gambling activity — rather than a rough mental estimate — is one of the most effective responsible gambling tools available to you.

Our Strict 21+ Age Policy

365judi enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders, without exception. This is above the standard 18+ threshold applied by many platforms — a deliberate decision that reflects our commitment to protecting younger adults from problem gambling habits.

Age verification is not optional. All players are required to submit government-issued identity documents as part of our KYC process before withdrawals are released. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be handled in accordance with our terms and applicable regulatory obligations.

If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a minor may have accessed the 365judi platform, please contact our support team immediately via live chat. We will investigate and act without delay.

For Adults 21 and Over Only

This platform is strictly for adult players who are 21 years of age or older.

How we enforce this:

  • › Date of birth declaration required at registration
  • › Government-issued MyKad or passport verification (KYC)
  • › Additional age checks triggered for high-value accounts
  • › Immediate permanent closure if underage use is confirmed

Recognising Problem Gambling

Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment and starts affecting your finances, relationships, mental health, or day-to-day responsibilities. Problem gambling can develop gradually — and many people don't recognise it until it has already caused significant harm.

The traffic light system below provides a simple way to assess where you currently stand. It is not a diagnostic tool, but it can help you decide whether it is time to use one of 365judi's responsible gambling features — or to seek support from a professional organisation.

Honest self-assessment is the first step. There is no shame in acknowledging that gambling is becoming less enjoyable and more compulsive. The support resources listed on this page are genuinely helpful, and using them is a sign of strength — not weakness.

In Control — Playing Safely
You gamble only with money you can afford to lose. You set a budget before you play and stop when it runs out. Gambling is entertainment, not income. You don't gamble to recover losses. You take regular breaks and can easily step away from a session when you choose to.
Caution — Early Warning Signs
You sometimes spend more than you planned. You think about gambling frequently when you are not playing. You have used gambling to escape stress or difficult emotions. You occasionally feel irritable when you try to cut back. Consider using our deposit limits or session reminders now — before patterns become harder to break.
Problem Gambling — Seek Support
Gambling is causing financial strain, relationship problems, or emotional distress. You continue to gamble despite wanting to stop. You have borrowed money, missed payments, or hidden your gambling from family. You feel unable to control how much or how often you play. Please use our self-exclusion tool immediately and reach out to a support service — details are listed below.

Quick Self-Assessment Checklist

Read through the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to three or more, we encourage you to use one of our responsible gambling tools right away — or to contact one of the support organisations listed on this page.

  • Do you spend more money on gambling than you originally intended to?
  • Have you ever borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gambling?
  • Do you feel the need to gamble with larger amounts of money to feel the same level of excitement?
  • Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling but found it difficult?
  • Do you find yourself gambling to escape stress, anxiety, or negative emotions?
  • Have you lied to family or friends about how much time or money you spend gambling?
  • Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling?
  • Have you gambled to try to win back money you previously lost (chasing losses)?

Tips for Staying in Control

01
Set Your Budget Before You Play

Decide how much you are willing to spend before you open a single game or betting market. Set that amount as your deposit limit in your account settings. When it's gone, the session is over — no top-ups, no exceptions.

02
Never Chase Your Losses

Losing sessions happen — they are a normal part of gambling. The most damaging habit in problem gambling is chasing losses with increasingly large bets in an attempt to break even. If you have hit your limit, close the platform and step away.

03
Treat Gambling as Entertainment, Not Income

The house edge exists in every casino game. Over a large number of sessions, the platform will always come out ahead. Never rely on gambling as a source of income, a financial safety net, or a solution to debt.

04
Take Regular Breaks

Use the session time reminder tool to prompt yourself every 60 or 90 minutes. Get up, walk around, have a drink of water. Extended, unbroken gambling sessions significantly increase the risk of impulsive, poorly considered bets.

05
Talk to Someone You Trust

If gambling is becoming a source of stress rather than enjoyment, talk to a trusted friend, family member, or a professional support service. The support organisations listed below are experienced, confidential, and non-judgmental.

A Note on External Resources

The organisations listed above are independent of 365judi. They are referenced here as a genuine service to players who may need support. 365judi does not profit from directing players to support services — we do so because responsible gambling is a core platform value, not a regulatory checkbox.
