These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365judi ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 365judi website located at 365judi.cam, together with all associated services, games, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

365judi is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. To register and maintain an account on 365judi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 365judi does not permit registration or participation by persons under the age of 21, irrespective of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person registering for personal, non-commercial purposes. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without a UK Gambling Commission licence), France, Australia, and other restricted territories as updated from time to time.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 365judi or any affiliated software or services provider.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You must not have had a prior 365judi account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

To access the 365judi Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 365judi platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, email address, or device used.
• You must provide a valid and active email address that you own and control. This email address will serve as the primary communication channel for account-related notifications.
• You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. 365judi recommends the use of a unique password not used on other platforms.
• You must not create an account on behalf of another person or share account access with any third party.
• All information submitted during registration is subject to verification. 365judi reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to confirm the accuracy of registration details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

365judi is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. As part of our obligations under our international licence, we are required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your account.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing your name)

365judi reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. KYC documents are handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

365judi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Direct bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: BTC (Bitcoin) and USDT (Tether)

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to the method's own transaction limits.

All deposit funds must originate from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources will be returned and may trigger a security review. 365judi does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal is released.
2. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in your own name. Cross-account or third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Any active bonus funds must meet their respective wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Individual payment methods may have their own minimum and maximum transaction limits.
5. 365judi targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative ranges only and may be affected by third-party payment processing times.
6. 365judi reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

365judi offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Each player may claim each individual bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings generated from bonus play may be forfeited.
• 365judi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where a promotion is found to be susceptible to systematic exploitation.
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, fraudulent deposits, or other prohibited activity will be voided, and the associated accounts may be permanently closed.

All wagers placed on the 365judi platform are subject to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to that market, as published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled by the player, unless an explicit "cash-out" option has been offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• 365judi reserves the right to void any bet placed after the conclusion of an event or where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's real-money balance.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules published on the platform. In most cases, postponed matches not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual wagers and may vary by market, event, and account status. 365judi reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual players at its sole discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at the platform's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365judi platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through pattern betting, account duplication, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of depositing and withdrawing funds without the primary intent of genuine gambling activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith following genuine gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of known bugs, glitches, or technical faults in the platform to generate illegitimate winnings.

365judi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a request from a relevant regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling procedures, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any balance adjustment.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following successful KYC completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365judi and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any decision to wager funds — all bets are placed at the player's sole risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365judi holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

You agree to attempt resolution of any dispute in the first instance through our customer support channels before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 365judi commits to responding to all formal dispute communications within a reasonable timeframe.

365judi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 365judi platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account.
